Returns & Refunds
Policies for non-damaged work:
Clients have exactly seven (7) calendar days from the date the artwork is received to decide whether they will keep the work or return it.
The following procedure must be followed for return:
Contact Romilus Art Gallery via: contact@romilusartgallery.com within seven (7) days to inform us of your intention to return the artwork. Make sure to provide us with your order information and the reason for your return.
Ship the artwork within three (3) days from the day you contact us. Use the original packing material for the return. If you are no longer in possession of the original packing material, you will be responsible for purchasing the appropriate packing material for a safe artwork return.
Ship the artwork in the same condition in which it was received.
The package must include all items that were in the original package.
Policies for damaged work:
If your artwork arrives damaged, you have exactly seven (7) days from the day the artwork is received to notify us.
Please follow the instructions below:
Take pictures of the damage/defective artwork as well as the packing material. Send them to: contact@romilusartgallery.com within seven (7) days informing us of the situation. Make sure to include your order details in the email.
Save the original packages.
Once we receive your email with the required attachments, our team will contact you within two (2) days to discuss how we will proceed with your case.
Refunds:
Only clients that have fulfilled all four of the conditions listed under the polices for non-damaged or damaged work will be eligible for return. YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE IF THOSE FOUR (4) CONDITIONS ARE NOT FILLED.
Once the artwork is safely delivered to us, we will inspect the work and start the refund process. The amount owed to you (minus the shipping cost and the stretching cost if applicable) will be refunded using the same currency, exchange rate and source of payment used during the purchasing transaction.
Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) days from the day we receive the artwork for any refund to be available.
